Business Factory Aero – BFAero is a vertical accelerator that emerged in the context of the Civil UAVs Initiative program of the Xunta de Galicia, which seeks to promote the development of innovative companies in the aerospace sector. It is open to all institutions and companies with an interest in consolidating an open innovation ecosystem in this area.

Platforms and their components: structures, energy, propulsion, systems, navigation, piloting.
Applications of unmanned aerial vehicles for specific markets.
Equipment and systems: both on board and on land.
12-month support program for projects, unincorporated or recently created companies (without a history of comparable activity) that are in an intermediate stage between the ideation and validation of the business model.
8-month support program for projects that have a minimum viable product (MVP) or companies that have made initial sales and have growth capacity, but need to systematize their business model, achieve recurring sales and/or penetrate new markets.
6-month support program for companies with a maximum age of up to 7 years, , defined product or service, real sales, structured business model and high growth capacity or possibility of scaling.
With the horizon of being the reference accelerator in the field of aerospace and unmanned vehicles, BFAero has the support of the Xunta de Galicia within the framework of the Civil UAVs Initiative. It provides participating projects with the following:
Entry into the value chain of the aerospace and unmanned vehicles sector.
Specialized tutors and permanent support.
Advanced training program adapted to the degree of maturity of the projects.
Equipment and technical means of the Civil UAVs Initiative and facilities of the Rozas Aerodrome.
Flight hours and certifications for UAV pilots.
Private offices, meeting rooms and coworking space at the business nursery of Fundación CEL Iniciativas por Lugo.
Up to €40,000 non-refundable in incubation, €60,000 in acceleration and €30,000 in consolidation, as well as the possibility of access to venture capital in acceleration (up to €50,000) and consolidation (up to €250,000).
Through its three modalities, BFAero has the capacity to support any entrepreneurial project from the earliest stages, of ideation, to the most mature, where it is about consolidating a business model that produces recurring sales.
